Karina Elias

Karina is by far the best agent I have ever worked with (and I have worked with quite a few over the years). She was passionate to find the perfect home for us and did not stop until we found it. Karina has a great sense for good deals and a tremendous network to draw from. But her great service did not just end at closing. Karina new all about the pitfalls and next steps to take. She recommended great contractors and service provider, which delivered great service and added additional value to the whole experience.I would recommend Karina any day!

We've just purchased our first house and had an amazing experience working with Karina. The process went very smoothly even though it was during pandemic time. Karina was very responsive and knowledgable about the neighborhood. It was not as easy to visit houses during the pandemic, but she made sure that we could visit all the houses that we were interested in, and guided us throughout the whole process. She had an amazing network to draw from and gave us a lot of advices and tips to be able to win the offer. During the closing period, she was also very proactive to help us deal with other parties so that we could close on time. We highly recommend Karina if you're looking for a real estate agent for your home.

Karina is very professional. She showed me many houses, and she knows Castro Valley well, she was able to understand my needs and recommend houses based on that. Although I ended up buying in another area, I still have an excellent experience with her. She was always there to answer my questions fast and accurate. I strongly recommend Karina.

We had a great experience working with Karina. She was very knowledgeable about the Castro Valley area, and passionate about finding the perfect home for us. Since we were first time buyers, she guided us through the whole process, and was always available for questions. We strongly recommend Karina.

My partner and I just bought our first home in Dublin and it wouldn't have been possible if we didn't have Karina on our side! Working with her was an amazing experience, she not only offered guidance and expertise in the areas we were looking in but also the confidence that we needed as first time home buyers. What we really love about working with Karina was how determined and dedicated she was to helping us find our home and how our questions were never left unanswered. If you're in the market for an agent, look no further as we highly recommend Karina!

My wife and I enjoyed working with Karina! We had asked several friends who recently bought houses if they would recommend their agent and we were surprised that none of them would! Many of them felt pressured to settle or to just submit as many offers as possible. My wife and I didnt experience anything like this with Karina. She was quick to book and provide information on properties. If she didnt know an answer to one of our questions, she would find out. We never felt pressure to settle and she was a great cheerleader through the ups and downs of the home buying process. Could not recommend her enough!!

Karina helped us purchase our first home in the most competitive, hectic Real Estate market in the history of the Bay Area. Throughout the journey, Karina was knowledgeable, supportive, trustworthy, and dependable. We couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else. We highly recommend Karina as a Realtor. She went above and beyond for us.

Karina was wonderful in helping us choose our dream home. She gave us a strong understanding of what to bid and how to go about putting in a bid that gives us the best shot. Her advice was spot on. She was also great in helping us through the escrow process and super flexible in accommodating us whenever we wanted to see the house even during the escrow period. All in all, she was a pleasure to work with!

My wife and I worked with Karina to get our first home in Oakland. We came to Karina after months of working with a different agent but had success or a clear path to success. Three things we loved about working with Karina includes:1: She built great relationship with the sellers and gave us a clear ideas of what they were looking for, this helped up put ourselves in the best position to submit a winning bid.2: In working with us, she helped us understand what offer to submit since we not only want to have a winning offer but we wanted something that will appraise for the right price (we wanted value for money)3: Karina always was transparent and treated with with respect, this helped make the stressful home buying experience more convenient since we knew we had an expert on our side we.After submitting two offers (both of which we had counter offers), we accepted the counter offer for our new home which we love.As our family grow and think of moving to a bigger home, we will surely work with Karina again. Lovely experience.
