I carry a laptop with a hotspot so I can pull data up on any listing you wish. I use e-contracts which can be emailed to you to sign or you can sign the contract on my laptop. 3. I work closely with your lender to help you get the best possible financing for your situation. 4. I provide a full financial analyses of any properties you might be considering. I use a spreadsheet that help you fully compare different properties side by side and understand the financial ramifications of the properties you might be interested in purchasing.
