Ms. Valle, I am contacting you to share with you some feelings about mine and my family's experience working with Karl. Professionally, Karl has always been on point. He is very knowledgeabl e about real estate and related matters and gives solid advice when needed. Karl shows up on time for appointments, he stays with us as long as it takes and never rushes us into making decisions. Karl leads with confidence and determination and does everything in his power to get the job done - to our liking.
