Karl was extremely helpful in selling our home during the housing market collapse. He also was very patient and helpful during our research, viewing many homes and finally buying our new home. His professional and straight forward approach to the real estate market was very comforting to both of us.

He got the job done,where two other brokers did not even show the property. He provided support through the whole process and was always available to answer any questions.

The bottom line is, Karl sold our house in 15 days. The housing market was, and still is down, but Karl took an interested party and turned them into a purchasing party within two weeks. Initially the couple had their eye on another home but their inspection found problems that would be expensive to fix so Karl showed them our home.
