Karlene was a pleasure to work with, very friendly yet very professional. From the very beginning she sense what I was feeling and thinking before I even verbalized them. Suggesting ways to approach my concerns. I was hesitant in the what the builder was attempting but was not forward with my concerns, Karlene knew that something wasn't right and suggested to see a finished build to put my mind a bit more at ease. I truly appreciate her communication between us, the sales team and builder. She was very determined to assist us close in a timely manner. Apparently there may have been a delay in closing that we weren't aware of; on the day of closing we were told that Karlene did her best to ensure we closed on the date initially provided. I am very happy with the outcome of buying our home, with Karlene's assistance it was less of a headache than we had expected. We located Karlene on line from a listing she had for a beautiful Condo. While we did not buy the Condo we did end up using Karlene as our Agent to purchase a terrific Family Vacation Home. As an out of State buyer we found Karlene to be extremely helpful. She both found listings for us to look at and took us to developments we found on line. She found us a home inspector, had suggestions for property management, interior decorators, housekeeping, and even did our new home walk thru for us. She has not forgotten us since the sale either. She has followed thru to make sure we have alarm systems and such to make sure we have our new vacation home protected. Shes a terrific asset in purchasing a home and very interested in you as a person and family. We look forward to having her to our first family dinner at our new home this month when we come down for our first vacation in it this month.

Karlene is absolutely amazing! She helped my husband and I look for our first home. She was VERY QUICK to respond to phone calls and emails. She went above and beyond to provide us with any and all information available. She showed us different areas outside of Orlando that we didn't even know about. We ended up going with a new construction home which she was not able to help us through closing because of this particular builders closing process. However she referred us to an attorney to help us the rest of the way. Karlene has been in real estate for a while so she knows the ins and outs of the business. She has trusted relationships and connections with people in the business that make the home buying process a lot easier. She really listens to what you want and keeps your best interest in mind at all times. I cannot speak highly enough of this woman she is a great agent and a wonderful person!!

She responded promptly to my request for service. She came to the meeting well prepared with comps and knowledge of what was going on, real-estate-wise in my subdivision. She helped me to set a realistic price without bullying me . Throughout the process, Karlene was attentive and efficient. She followed through on everything she promised to do. When the buyer's agent engaged in unethical behavior, Karlene confronted her and dealt with it. Karlene's efficiency made the process of selling my house practically painless and troublefree for me. Karlene was excellent. She listened to what I was looking for and help me through the whole purchase. I have bought many homes in my lifetime and would have to say she is one the better realtors I have worked with.

I love Karlene, she is an amazing person and a great realtor. She assisted me back in 2015 when I was a first time buyer..unfortunately that purchase didn't go through.. but Karlene kept in touch with me and in 2019 I was back on the market for a home.
