Karmen was very responsive even when I had questions and it was late. She knew the area very well and was great at finding the house for me. She became like family. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!

We have used Karmen to purchase two homes in the DFW area. The first home we bought was in Arlington Tx. We had never been to this area, nor did we know a thing about the schools. After meeting with karmen we knew that she was the one. She listened to us and gave us great advice on which areas to research. We used VA both times. I wasn't ya'll to know that we closed on our first home in 3 weeks!!!!! pretty sure that's a new record! Karmen was very aggressive in our dealings with our lender. I don't mean to say she was unprofessional or rude......but when she says she is working for you, that's exactly what she means. That included the other realtor, and home owners. Our interests were always her first priority. Now we have bought 4 homes in 14 years (we move a lot with work) and I will say without a doubt that Karmen is by far the most knowledgeable, funny, caring, and professional realtor we have ever used. When we decided to sell our first home in Arlington there wasn't any discussion on who we wanted to use as our realtor. Anyone who has bought a home knows that its stressful! especially in a crazy home market like DFW! Karmen was calling me and answering my phone calls at 11pm and 6am to talk about a home that just came on the market...just so we would be the first ones with a showing. When I would get stressed and start talking about features that I really didn't have to have......just to get into a house. she would talk to me and say "Ms charity, now you told me from day 1 that these features were a must have. Be patient. The right home will come. Don't settle! I love her for that. She put so much of herself into my family interests that I can say that we started with a "realtor" and ended up with a "great friend" My point being is if your looking for a realtor that really cares about your family and not how much commission they are going to get...or what lender you are using because some are easier than others, then you need to go with Karmen!!!! you will not be disappointed!

Karmen was very knowledgeable of the area we were looking to buy a house in. She really knew her stuff. I'm very satisfied with my home purchase. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose her.

Unforseen circumstances caused me to have to postpone my home purchase. However, prior to that, I was impressed with Karmen's knowledge of the market as well as her ability to know what I was looking for, even when I was unsure. She was patient, friendly and very understanding. I have, and will continue, to recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a home!

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about my awesome experience with Karmen Gardner. She is detailed, experienced, personable, energetic, patient and hilarious....all qualities that made my whole buying process a blast. She kept me informed and educated throughout this journey, which was greatly appreciated. She proved to me she listened to exactly what I was looking for in a home, and found me and my granddaughter a home we both love. You are truly a blessing
