Kartik helped us out in an exceedingly difficult time. A recent death in the family forced us to relocate my mom from her three-decade home In Western Kentucky to a new home in Tennessee. We contacted him months ahead of when we would be selling because we had estate matters that needed to be settled and of course we needed to find my mothers new home. Despite this time lag, Kartik kept in touch the whole time to make sure he was up to date and to see if there was anything we needed done. This was particularly important because I was not always able to be up there with my mom. When the time came to sell, we were more than prepared. He was highly transparent about everything he was doing and why.
