Despicable!! She is definitely one of those people who will do whatever it takes to get what she wants at the expense of others!! Hired our firm to perform survey work & never paid for it. After repeated attempts at trying to collect with no response we finally made contact. She proceeded to term our survey equipment for locating as "Magic Sticks" and went off on a delusional (we don't use this term loosely) tirade. I would recommend staying away from this person and find a reputable agent.
