I don't normally write reviews, but this is different as I couldn't stop myself to write the following as this could help others: This was my first experience with Kash; I just happened to come across his name. Having Kash as my real estate agent proved to be a blessing. Before reaching out to Kash I had dealt with three agents who were a total disappointment, but the moment I started dealing with Kash my experience changed dramatically in a positive direction. I found Kash extremely professional, a man of the highest integrity, excellent communicator and negotiator, and most importantly he delivered the results to my satisfaction in a very short period of time meaning that he got the property sold in a timely manner and at a very competitive price. He was always accessible and kept me in the loop throughout the sale of the property. I must say that I have not come across a real estate professional who is this dedicated to his work with such professionalism. If you are trying to sell (or buy) your property just have a five minute chat with him, you will know the difference.

Kash helped me buy my first investment property in Baltimore and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor and advisor! He was very knowledgeable on property investment and hand held me through every step of the real estate transaction that I was never worry even though buying an investment property could be a very taxing process. Kash did a terrific job selling my home near Patterson Park. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and did an excellent job marketing the home. The property was on the market for some time before he took over and we did go through a few realtors before we found him - but it was a difficult market and Kash stuck with us and persevered against an uphill market until we were successful. He was always easily accessible and very prompt responding to any queries I had. He is a true professional and I would recommend him highly.
