This was the first home I purchases, and Kasim and Ariv were the best options I could have hoped for as real agents. I mainly worked with Kasim in looking at homes and negotiating, and Ariv was fast and highly informed about the market whenever we would contact him. Our transaction involved only Kasim Siddiqui. Kasim is very detail and data oriented, definitely good attributes for a real estate agent. Thru Kasim's efforts we were able to sell our house in Seattle for almost $50K more than the asking price. Kasim had recommended that we list the house at a price which we thought was too low, but he explained that the listing at that price would likely result in multiple offers and possibly a bidding war, and that's what happened. We listed our house with Kasim on May 5 of this year, and accepted an offer on May 7. The remainder of the process thru close of escrow went very smoothly, with Kasim keeping the parties involved on the straight and narrow path to closing. We wholeheartedly recommend Kasim to anyone who wants to sell (or buy) a house in Greater Seattle.
