Kasteena recently sold our home in West U, Houston, Texas. It was truly remarkable how she managed to do this after only one week of it being on the market, after the very first open house, and at list price - all while we were out of the country on a Mediterranean cruise vacation. We were able to return to a home that did not have to remain spruced up for showings. We truly appreciate Kasteena for everything she did to make this difficult transition so much easier. From our first meeting to the closing of our house a few weeks later - immediately after which we began our long drive to Northern California - Kasteenas thoughtfulness was a constant. She even packed us a large bag of snacks for our drive. Kasteena was the third realtor we met. The first two had many more years of experience and one of them listed far more homes in West U. We were, however, struck by Kasteenas authenticity, demeanor and cultural finesse. We quickly noticed her keen attention to detail in every aspect of the property the interior and exterior of the house, the yard and even the garage apartment; nothing escaped her scrutiny. Her sense of ownership, professionalism and non-pushy, considerate demeanor were very much appreciated in addition to her savvy in selecting a stager, her handyman, electrician, plumber, furniture, accessories, wall colors, or recommending a sale price, repairs, selection of buyer, etc. She made sure that the house was 100% ready on day 1. She was a manager who came to us with cost-effective solutions throughout the process, whether it meant her shopping at sales for accessories or using her personal furniture to augment what was provided by the stager. She listened to us, guided us, and was accessible and responsive. Our only regret is that she cannot be here in the Bay area to help us purchase a home. We are happy to recommend Kasteena, a highly competent realtor and a thoughtful and likeable person.

We cannot thank Kasteena enough for the final result and the communication, attention to detail and the way she shielded us from the ups and downs of the home selling process. It was very much appreciated given job changes, long distance move and having a baby on the way. In addition, her marketing materials and photos are top notch.
