She advised us on the value of our property relative to other property in the area. When it came down to negotiating the final purchase price she got the buyer to up his offer. When I was moving, I had TWO WEEKS to find a new farm...TWO WEEKS! Kat took over for me, as I was beyond stressed, rounded up farms to show me, and took my and my animal's needs into consideration. She found the perfect place, handled everything with extreme precision and detail, and I was in my new place before I knew it! She advised me on many things in my new community and helped me tremendously! This gal knows her job, knows people and the real estate business. She's VERY professional, attentive to all details and is the realtor you need on your side to get things done. I met Kat online while looking for property to buy to move back to SC from Montana. I had been looking at properties listed by several different agents. It was very hard to get any of the agents to talk to me much less look for property for me since I was in Montana. Kat had a property listed that was suitable for horses, so I contacted her about the property. When she described the property and location it did not fit my needs since I had quite a few animals that I would be bringing with me. She asked me about my requirements and said that she would look for something for me. Several days later she contacted me and told me about a property listed by another agent. She told me that it mostly fit my requirements for my animals and the space I needed for riding horses, but she told me that the house on the property was very small.She sent me the listing and the pictures of the listing. I asked her if she could go look at the property and take more pictures for me, which she did. Since my daughter lived close by at the time, I asked Kat to meet her and show her the property so I could get another opinion since I couldn't be there to look at it myself. Kat showed my daughter the property. I asked Kat to take care of putting an offer on the property which she did. I don't think the listing agent wanted to deal with my offer since I was so far away and did not take the offer seriously. Kat insisted for me and when all was accepted, I had to send the purchase monies to Kat and her real estate office to make the purchase. She did so, and set up the closing date. I left Montana immediately to try to make it to SC by the closing date. I ran into blizzards and other bad weather conditions which slowed my progress. I called Kat and told her that I could not make it to the appointment for the closing. She said not to worry, that she would be there and take care of it for me. I got to the property a couple of hours after the appointment for the closing. Kat met me at the property and brought all the paperwork for the property I had just purchased without being present and sight unseen. I feel like Kat went above and beyond to help me find and purchase the property I needed.

Kat guided me through the process of purchasing HUD reprocession. I have been trying to locate her to invite her to visit and see how perfect this house is for my needs.

Kat is an amazing real estate agent. She was always upfront and honest about the properties we looked at, and she genuinely cared about me and my family. She made sure we found a home that we would love, and she wasn't just out to make a "sale". If we ever decide to move Kat will be the only agent I will use.
