We would highly recommend Kate. What was really great about working with Kate? First, she responded to me on a property that was no longer available but asked if she could help us in our search. We needed an agent to rent the property we were residing in and help us purchase a new one to move to. Other agents I had called said they would help and then did not follow up. Also- never felt any pressure from her- in fact, she was incredibly patient and was really great on asking us questions that would help us come to our own decision on what we did/ did not want in a property. We never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. Kate helped us find a home we truly love in a town we didn't know much about. We couldn't have done it without her knowledge and expertise.
