Kate has been extraordinarily patient with my wife and I as we searched for and found our retirement home. Throughout her time working with us, Kate was always there, gently prodding us for clarity in what we were looking for. Her skill is second to none. We would not hesitate to recommend her whether you are buying or selling.For reasons far to complicated to explain here, it took us almost three year's to finally decide what we wanted and needed in our house hunt. There were many options on the table, but one by one, they fell by the wayside. The length of our search was solely because of our own confusion. We signed up with Kate early in that process stopped the search, started again, delayed and started again.We made offers on two different properties before the final one, only to have those fall through.

She was honest and upfront about concerns or dilemmas that arose. Kate provided resources, information, and opinions that were helpful in the process of selling our home. She was an advocate for our goals while balancing the reality of a difficult sale. I called the office just hoping to find a good agent and definitely found one in Kate. I have and will continue to enthusiastically recommend her to others and would call her again if we ever need to buy or sell a home again.

Kate worked with me to sell my house. It was a slow time in the market, and we had a number of inquiries and offers that fell through before we found the right buyer. Kate was upbeat throughout the process, and represented me well to potential buyers and their agents. She spent a lot of time listening to what I wanted and what I thought was special about the house. Then, she made good suggestions about showing and pricing the house, and did extensive research to back up her ideas. When the closing came, she worked with the buyers and lawyers, so all I had to do was show up and sign the papers.

Kate was extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful through what was a long drawn out process (nature of the loan we used, Kate forewarned is of that as well). I would absolutely recommend Kate, and will use her in any future home purchases!!
