I felt Challenged to receive a return call expecially after contract was signed. Statement was made from her to me "once contract is signed, my job is done and I am OUT". "I guess I should have been more clear with expectations". As a client yes, if you feel that as soon as the ink is dry, you sign out of serving your client, decline to assist with a walk through, and don't return calls, or circle back on asked tasks (when others have e mail proof that the communication happened) then I think I should find someone else next time. Katharine offered to do something as a favor, did not follow through, then held it over my head stating "I only was doing this as a favor, it really is not my job anyway". Hmmmmm - Interesting sales pitch! I will go elsewhere next time.
