Katherine is the best agent you can work with, my story is I was looking for a property with another agent before I met with Katherine, it took me 8 months with that agent and couldn't even find what I was looking for, I did search online about agents and I found Katherine. I called her, she gave me an appointment to check some properties after I told her what I was looking for and what my budget was. First time I meet with her I found what I was looking for and it took me only one week to buy this property. She is amazing, so fast, knows what she is doing, treats people very nicely, and is so patient. I would rate her with 7 stars out of 5 because she deserves it.

Katherine helped me buy my first home and led me completely through the process. I was in a difficult living situation and needed to find and buy a home in a short amount of time. Because she has excellent relationships with other professionals in her field, including a mortgage broker and home inspector, she was able to push through the buy in a little over three weeks. She stayed on top of the process by following up with all involved to make sure everything was being taken care of as quickly as possible. I trusted her and her associates completely and my only responsibilities were the signing of paperwork and the writing of checks. Katherine is a total professional who enjoys and takes her job seriously. She was easy to work with and I was very happy with the outcome.
