My experience with Katie Brennan was great from day one. Being a first time home buyer, she made my husband and I feel very calm and stress free during the whole process. I am a huge worrier but I felt like I was in good hands with her. Before we were sure we wanted to buy, we started to look at rentals. Katie talked us through the whole process and always answered all our questions. Once I saw a house we were interested in seeing, she immediately scheduled us to go see it. We never felt pressured or obligated in any way. She would walk us through the house to give us the tour and inform us on the house and always gave my husband and I our space to talk it through. I was very lucky to have had the chance to go through the process in buying our first home with such a sweet, understanding, and knowledgable realtor as Katie! I have heard horror stories from family and friends in buying a home with other realtors and I'm lucky to not have experienced any problems at all. We found our dream home and we owe it all to Katie. She would do anything in her power to help us through the whole process, especial with finding the right people to talk to. My closing also went very smoothly. Katie worked tirelessly with me to prepare for and complete the sale of this house in a very slow market. I was located on the other side of the country and could not be on site due to family obligations, but Katie arranged everything from pre-listing to closing. She even worked with the police, arranged for a locksmith, and tidied the mess when we discovered a squatter in the house. (!!!) We handled all of our business by phone and email, and I never had to travel which was a huge relief to me. Katie is the best!
