Katherine Robbins is the best of both worlds. She listened intently to our wishlist of wants and needs, was respectful of our budget, and was creative in giving us options so we could maximize our budget. She is respectful and sweet, yet quick-witted, intelligent, and efficient with paperwork, communication, and the negotiation process. We looked at everything from smaller, high end condos to larger fixer uppers, which was perfect for us as first time homebuyers who lacked knowledge and experience. We found a place that fit our wishlist but found out the sellers were going to review offers that evening. Katherine would not back down. She contacted the seller's agent, set up an impromptu showing for that afternoon, and, because my wife and I were both working, took me on a FaceTime tour of the property. She answered all of my questions and told us how great it fit our wishlist. With her confidence in the property, and our trust in her, we put in an offer that night and our offer was accepted the following morning. She even picked up deposits from our office and home the following day. Katherine was amazing from start to finish and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I started the search process. In came Katherine who was knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and willing and ready to answer every question I came up with. It didn't take long for Katherine to get a good sense of what I was looking for (and in some cases she knew what I'd like before I did!). Katherine is well connected and able to reach out to a number of professionals when questions arose about possible work being done (refinishing floors, fixing various things in properties, etc.) to get estimates or suggestions. She was even around the day I moved in and helped carry a chair up three flights of stairs! Katherine went above and beyond and is definitely someone I will recommend to any friends looking for a realtor in the future.

Katherine Robbins was great from start to finish in the process of selling our home. I will be recommending her to everyone I know. She had a strategy to help us create buzz and traffic. We listed the house at a desirable price based on her recommendation. We listed the home on a Wednesday and had an offer by Friday before the first open house. The turn out during the open house that weekend was fantastic. We received more offers; all of which were well over asking. We accepted an offer on Tuesday (sold the house in less than 7 days). She proved to be a great negotiator and helped us work with the buyers agent perfectly. We were extremely satisfied with her responsiveness through the escrow process. Katherine was always available to answer questions and assist us. She helped us ensure all documentation was in order which created a stress-free and successful closing.
