After nearly 39 years of not owning a home, it came time to buy a retirement home. We had very little idea how to do so. Our daughter recommended Kathi. Kathi called us from from the time of that first call, she led us through every aspect on on-line looking, actual viewing of potential houses, and finally the offer, inspections, negotiations, and everything else. She made it all very easy. She was kind, patient and understanding. From the time of the first call to the handing over of keys, she led us through everything. She is a very good agent - and now friend.

I was very pleased with Kathi Philpot's expertise in handling the sale of my duplex. I had tried to do a "for sale by owner" and experienced some aspects that were way over my head and was glad to hand it over to her. Kathi was pleasant as soon as she arrived. We got an offer from the very first family that came to view my home. Unfortunately a few days prior to closing they lost their funding not at all Kathi's fault. We were very disappointed because we had completed any and all of the requests for these buyers so it was hard living in boxes but we made it through. The second time around went so fast because the new buyers agreed to accept the prior buyers requests and the inspection. We are so ready to get into another home and have every intention of Kathi being our lifetime family realtor.
