We used Kathy and Karen when looking for a house. We didn't have much time so I thought the experience would be stressful. Our experience was fun and we found our perfect home under deadline. Kathy was great to work with and has a great personality! If you want your forever home, work with these two!!

We were referred to Kathy by an online lender (who we didn't actually even end up going with), but we felt very comfortable with her, and we felt she really understood our needs, budget, and desired location. She helped us navigate through not only a first-time home buying process, but also an FHA loan and a For Sale By Owner property. She was always kind and helpful to us, and we would absolutely go to her in the future for any other real estate needs.

This was not an easy task and Kathy handled it exceedingly well.Very caring and professional!I bought a house sight unseen. I had an absolutely awful experience with a realtor at Sibcy Cline before switching to Karen and Kathy. When I sent in my request for a realtor from Comey to contact me I was put in touch with Karen and Kathy who were described as the "moms" of the office and exactly what someone purchasing a first home would need to be successful. Kathy and Karen were ridiculously friendly and helpful in switching over to Comey and I can't imagine this process without them

They helped us get through inspection, etc. while we lived away from the area and their guidance really helped us find the neighborhood and home for us in a short period of time.
