Licensed in 1984, Katie brings valuable real estate expertise as well as a keen desire to serve the customer. Both service and results oriented, Katie is determined to help clients find the right properties to fit their lifestyles. An example of her persistence was the sale of a condominium in Newport on four separate occasions, the last time to herself! Katie is actively involved in the local community. She serves as President of the Pinard Cottage Condo Association and is a volunteer at Lucy's Hearth, a shelter for homeless women and children. On many a summer evening, Katie can be found kayaking.
