Kathleen Davi, working as a team with her daughter Diane, provided me with invaluable advice both before and after listing my home. Their personal touch, (which I greatly needed as I had lived in that home for over forty years) and their respect for my needs in both the sale of my large home and downsizing to a much smaller home, made the sale (at much more than the asking price) and subsequent very successful search for a one-level rambler, as stress-free and organized as is possible. Kathleen's advice on what was needed to be improved to make my home most marketable, her knowledge and experience selling on the Eastside, and resourcefulness in looking for a new home, are why I recommend her highly, and would certainly list with her in the future should the need arise.

Kathleen was amazing. She was able to quickly find us a lot of places that checked most of our boxes. She found the perfect house for us in a short amount of time and helped is navigate a busy and active market. The process was made so much easier than it could have been because of Kathleen. I worked with Kathleen and her team, including Diane 1 year ago. We bought a condo in North Beacon Hill, Seattle.
