Kathy Knight has helped us purchase three homes. One was a HUD foreclosure and one was a WHEDA foreclosure. She knew exactly the right offer to bid to get the home and how to file all of the paperwork involved. We occassionally had to work after hours to meet their stringent deadlines and she was always available. I highly recommend her for her hard work and expertise.
