Kathleen and Duane were amazing! We had some specific & special housing needs that they took into consideration when locating homes for us to look at. Their knowledge of the area was extensive. We looked at both new builds and existing homes. It was apparent that they were well respected by the agents for new construction companies. I can't say enough good things about The Koyle Team. Kathleen and Duane were absolutely wonderful to work with. They went out of their way to help us find a home that fit our budget and our family's needs. They made themselves available, even when busy with other clients. It was so nice having both of them to work with because they were able to "divide and conquer," so that schedules could be kept. Sometimes I went out with Duane to look, and sometimes I went with Kathleen. If not, I had both of them, it was great!
