Kathleen was a gem to work with! She was always quick to respond to texts and calls and helped us buy and sell our homes so quickly! She has great advice if you’re selling your home. We followed her recommendations and the house sold in 2 days! Highly recommended for a smooth buying and selling process.
Kathleen was very dedicated and patient with us during this journey. She did an excellent job of scheduling showings in a timely matter, communicating with us, and explaining the home-buying process, which was important to us as first time home buyers who were pretty naive at the start of the process. Her availability and responsiveness were, in my opinion, her strongest qualities. She also seemed to have a good deal of professional experience and knowledge about many helpful contacts in the area such as other realtors, home inspectors, home/flood insurance, lenders, etc. She made sure to keep in touch with our lender every step of the way, and made sure to include us in any correspondence between them. She was very professional and helpful. As stressful as the process was, Kathleen made it very easy and as stress free as possible. She did a wonderful job.
