I can't say enough about Kath's expertise and knowledge in and around the Haddonfield/Collingswood/Haddon Heights area. Kath was highly recommended from family friends of ours and she exceeded all of our expectations. As first time home buyers, my wife and I had many, many questions at all times of the day and Kath's responsiveness was honestly extraordinary throughout the entire buying process and still today, nearly two months after we moved into our home. My wife and I consistently ask her opinion and rec's for quality services in the area and she continues to provide us with amazing customer service. We can't recommend her enough to our family and friends and will absolutely use her in whatever future real estate opportunities that come our way. If you're looking for a home in the Southern New Jersey area, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not using her.

11/1/19: Kath was an absolute pleasure to work with. For first time home buyers, relocating from the Midwest, she made a cumbersome buying process enjoyable, fun, and ultimately, our dream home. She was available via text or call at all hours of the day - for any questions/concerns/etc. that we had. By the end of the process, I considered Kath my friend more than my real estate broker. She was also brutally honest, which we really appreciated. 10/31/19: Kathleen helped my family helped us sell our home and then find the perfect home all at the same time! She worked diligently on get us a good price for our home and make that happen very quickly. She guided us through the ups and downs of seeking a home as well as making the paperwork a breeze. Kathleen was patient when my husband and I didnt agree on a house and found us another until we ultimately found a home that fit our every need.
