I haven't looked at houses in years so I didn't know the process, and she explained how the search process typically works. I learned the value of working with a Realtor. We talked about what was important to me to help narrow the search and she accommodated my schedule.

I had such a great experience with Kate. To start with, she had our house rented a day after the sign went up! She dropped everything to show the house to someone who needed to see it right away, and then made the credit check and paperwork really easy for us. She was nice, efficient, professional and really easy to get a hold of and work with. All in all, a great experience. I would highly recommend her.
