Kathleen Troy

I became a licensed real estate sales associate in 1985 as it was an easy transition as I was a real estate paralegal for a law firm. After moving to Monmouth County I continuously learned the business. I eventually decided to get my Broker's license. At the office where I was working, I was asked to mentor new agents. It has been my privilege to watch their careers grow throughout the years as well as my own. I feel real estate is in my blood and I love everything about it. I have made so many wonderful connections along my journey. I have always heard about the Kellers Williams concept as well as being the leader in innovation and research. January 2020 I was convinced to join their Spring Lake office and it was the best decision I could have ever made. My daughter also joined and we partnered up being know as The Jersey Team.
