Kathryn helped us find a home in NJ during our recent relocation from Arizona. Kathryn has very good knowledge of the local home market and helped us narrow down our choice of neighborhoods. Kathryn spent her time sincerely getting to know us and was very sensitive to our likes, dislikes and needs in a home. She scouted all of the homes in areas that she new we would be happy living in. She did not waste me or my husband's' time bringing us to a home that we would not be interested in. We were in a situation where it was nearly impossible for us to get a mortgage. She directed and helped us, sticking with us to the end. We finally managed to get the mortgage and have been living in our home for two years now. We are as happy now if not more with her and our home. She stays in touch with us quite often. We are looking for investment homes and possible upgrading into another home within the next year or two. We will not work with any other realtor but her. Not only is she dedicated to her clients and in her work,she is a good person through and through.
