Kathryn was extremely helpful in helping me find my first home. She only showed me those homes that were within what I asked for and within the appropriate price range, and was able to give me great advice on the negotiation process and all of the expectations I should have regarding it. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell their home, as I have had several friends also since I have purchased my home either sell or buy their home through her.

Kathryn and her team are great professionals, and communicate very efficiently and clearly in every step of the process. They were always available to us anytime we needed them and were very responsive. I also really loved their digital platform to sign and trade documents, it made everything easy to find and review at all times.
