Katy Walston was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas with a Bachelors of Science. Katy married her college sweetheart, Nick, and they settled in their hometown of Houston. They began their professional careers while simultaneously starting their family. Katy was drawn to Keller Williams Realty because of the culture of the company that specifically focuses on God, Family, and Business. After Katy’s first year in real estate, she was awarded Rookie of the Year from an office with over one hundred Realtors. Every year since, she has achieved Top Producer status by ranking within the top 5 agents at her office. In addition she has received numerous annual and monthly awards for Top Sales Agent, Top Listing Agent and Top Producing Agent.
