9 months ago-Kathy is amazing! She's extremely knowledgeable because of her many years in the field, and she's unreservedly generous with her knowledge. As an agent for a buyer, she's genuinely interested in matching the customer with the best house for them, not just in making a sale. A few years ago she spent many hours showing me houses and I ended up not purchasing; she did not complain even once, and gave me genuine good wishes on the other housing solution I found. This time she represented me in the purchase of an as-is property and gave me great advice about what to look for, as well as stellar follow-up throughout the purchase process.
