Kathy had experts in all trades to get our property ready for sale and address issues identified during home inspection.Kathy assured property was constantly exposed, working with us to have open houses whenever we wanted. We have a large dog and a cat, and Kathy and her team were able to work with us and with them to still show the property when we were out of town and the pets were present.Sale went very smooth, with no surprises. We couldn't have been happier with the results.And finally, we needed to locate a short term rental when very few properties were available, and most had waiting lists for qualifying. Kathy was able to help us secure a rental, with occupancy timing matched to our sale's closing date.
