Weird narcissistic realtor who gave us bad advice left and right. Wish we knew then what we know now and we could have seen right through all her bad advice: she said a dye test was adequate for the septic tan advised us to bid $10K higher than the price the house appraised at (luckily we over ruled her and so the house appraised correctly), bad advice on a broken A/C at walk-through that ended up costing $700 to fix, and she made a racist comment about Asians (we are white) that was both shocking and offensive. Although we signed a contract with her that said she required a minimum 2% commission she refused to show us anything with less than 3% meaning she started showing us things that lacked our "must-haves" because the houses that did suit us (including the one we ended up finding on our own and buying) have 2.5% commissions. She is totally toxic.
