      Kathy is a true real estate professional. I worked with her from NJ and it was a smooth pleasant experience in buying our home there in Conway South Carolina. She is responsive and is true to her word. I would advise everyone to contact her if you are interested in buying a home in the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina

    • Our experience with Kathy Dulhagen was the best experience we have had. In a time when everything should have been an exciting and happy time (selling a home and buying another) we had a medical emergency with my husband and all was left to me to do, close on the house we sold and then close on the home we bought. In this trying time Ms. Dulhagen went above and beyond to make sure that all of the stress of closing on two houses was not entirely upon my shoulders, I don't know what I would have done without her. Also, not only Mrs. Dulhagen but her husband came to my aid when there was a pretty big mishap the day I moved in to help me out, I cannot say enough about Mrs. Dulhagen and her efforts to make sure that my closing went perfectly.
