Kathy was recommended to us when we were thinking of listing our Keller home. From the first meeting, Kathy was very thorough and had a good formula for getting the house sold quickly for top dollar. Kathy gave us a list of things to get the house show ready, had a stager come over and professional pictures. She has an attention to detail and tells it like it is, in a nice way, but you know she's not just having extra work for no reason. It took some work on our part but was well worth it as we had multiple above asking offers the first weekend on the market. We also bought a home in the south Tarrant County and Kathy was an excellent negotiator, and always kept us very informed and calm. We had bought/sold a couple homes in the past and experience with other realtors only helps us to really know how excellent Kathy is!

We were referred to Kathy by our realtor in Florida when we decided we were going to move to Texas. After speaking with 3 realtors, we immediately felt a connection with Kathy and never looked back. She started out by sending us available 48 new homes in areas we were interested in and we narrowed them down to our needs. We planned a weekend to come look, one day on our own and one day with Kathy. By the end of the day we found our dream home and 2 months later we are now residents of Texas! Wowww.. what a journey my family, I & Kathy had for past 15 months in search of the right home. I'm so glad that at the end of the journey, we not only found the right home for us, but also got a great friend, Ms Kathy (as my kids call her very fondly). I wouldn't have to think a second time to say that if you have Kathy by your side, half of the battle to find a right home is won. Let me also share some of the great qualities of Kathy that touched me: Kathy comes with a wealth of knowledge about houses. She can tell you right away the quality of construction, any foundation issues, how well its been maintained (pride of ownership as she calls it), things that we need to be aware of etc. and I also found her to have a great sense about the neighborhood and schools. Moreover, she has very creative ideas on how to change certain shortcomings in a home if the major criteria's are met. We have 3 little kids and safety was of utmost importance. Also my wife is a die hard fan of having gas cooktop; Kathy had unique ideas of achieving them in a less expensive way for those houses which we liked but had these shortcomings. Being the first time home owner, I didn't know anything about the process and Kathy took care of every thing. I never really had to worry about a thing during the closing and she arranged everything. Kathy has right contacts in every step of the process that was invaluable for me. In addition to this she also does research herself where its needed, contact HoA/City etc for additional information and share those information Kathy is very prompt with e-mails/calls/text messages etc. In the last 15 months, I never had to remind her or call her a second time to get answers for any of my questions. Kathy is one of the very few persons that I have seen who always gets back within the time that she promise. It took us a long time to find the right home and one great thing about Kathy was that she always was available and would immediately set up showings whenever we requested one. In fact she kept reminding us that we are going to find that right home. Sometimes I wonder how many realtors out there have such a patience & perseverance to work with clients tirelessly till they find the right home, irrespective of how much energy & how long it takes

She was always reaching out to us to confirm a meeting time without us having to call her, and regularly checked in with us between meetings. She'd asked questions we never would have thought about, and helped us answer questions based off of all the things she knew about us. I'm especially glad for her expertise while designing and building our new home. There are an overwhelming number of initial design decisions, and her insight on what has typically impacted resale value made many decisions incredibly easy. She went through lending, closing, and signing with us. Her knowledge and experience with that part of the process provided such peace of mind that we would confidently recommend her based on that alone. When considering everything else she brought to the table, it's beyond a no-brainer. Above all, Kathy displayed constant enthusiasm and professionalism. She wasn't just excited for us, she was excited with us. Seemingly everywhere we went someone knew Kathy, had worked with her, and was excited at the prospect of working with her again. We were complimented several times on our choice of agent, and how she goes above and beyond, especially in the context of being first home buyers. After working with Kathy, we feel the exact same way about her as the professionals she interacts with on a regular basis.
