Kathy stays informed, is very helpful and insightful when working with her clients, while she tries to help them find homes to view that match their needs and desires. Once we chose a home we liked, she was good at reviewing the pros and cons of the choice, what upgrades might be needed, and what we could/should ask for, and encouraged us to ask for a home warranty, once we learned how old the appliances were. She makes sure she gets everything she can for her clients and won't steer them wrong.
