Once we chose a home we liked, she was good at reviewing the pros and cons of the choice, what upgrades might be needed, and what we could/should ask for, and encouraged us to ask for a home warranty, once we learned how old the appliances were. She makes sure she gets everything she can for her clients and won't steer them wrong.
