Kathy has been in real estate for over 34 years and has consistently been one of the top producers in her office. She has worked as both a Broker-Salesperson and a Sales Manager and was the Co-Owner of The Muscatell/Wagner Team for 13 years. She specializes in listings and works at Keller Williams Tampa Properties with The Delgado Home Team. Kathy has been certified as a relocation professional and has earned both her Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) & Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) designations. She currently holds both her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations. Awards include the Re/Max Platinum Club, Re/Max Hall of Fame, and Re/Max Lifetime Achievement awards. In 2015, The Muscatell/Wagner Team and The Delgado Home Team were listed as top teams in Florida by Real Trends. Since 2003, her team has been one of the top teams at Keller Williams and in 2007 was named one of the top teams in the South Florida region.
