She took pictures of our home being built and she was available to answer all of my questions quickly and specifically. If she didn't know the answer she would find it. She was always very friendly and helpful

WE was a first time home buyer, when looking for an agent to represent us I came across Kathy's very professional looking website and decided to give a call. Since that moment she has proven to be very good at what she does. We closed the sale in a little over a month even with the challenges that came up during pending and even after close. Kathy was a consummate professional, very prompt and courteous when we called her to sell our home. This was the second home she has helped us sell and she has also helped us purchase a home. My adult children are so impressed with her that they asked for her contact info so they, too, can have her help them with a sale. Not only did she assist us admirably, she was also able to assist the purchaser's agent, the home inspector and the bank appraiser because of her expertise. Because she had so expertly found comparables, our house was priced so well that it netted us a very generous offer and selling price. We had an offer the first night, two more offers the next day, and two more on the third day and we had to cry "Uncle" in order to complete the transaction. No kidding, we had to fight to get our house as the seller lied about her payments and was quite shifty; it was a mess. Kathy was great. We met her at an open house and explained what we were looking for; in our situation we needed a home with open concept and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor plus 2 other bedrooms and bathroom(s). She found us the last house in an almost completed new sub division. She was helpful in explaining the house purchasing and financing process which was extremely useful as I was from out of state.
