Kathy Schaefer has been a resident of Sarasota/Bradenton area for more than 16 years. Kathy grew up in Long Island, NY, she attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg FL. After graduation she returned to New York and pursued a career in the New York Financial Markets. After marrying her husband Mike in 1994, Kathy moved to Syracuse NY where Mike and Kathy had their first son. 18 months after the birth of her son Kathy and her family moved to the Sarasota/Bradenton area where they reside today. Since then Kathy and Mike have added 3 more children to the family. In 1999 Kathy and 2 partners started a real estate investment company. Purchased investment rental properties which they still own today. In 2005 Kathy obtained her Florida Real Estate License. In 2007 she joined Keller Williams, Lakewood Ranch and was fortunate enough to complete Keller Williams extensive training program. ...
