Her work with the BINSR and negotiating with the seller's agent yielded a savings of thousands of dollars for us. Kathy leverages her abilities with technology to create efficiencies for both buyers and sellers. She truly does what is in the best interest of the client, not her commission, which I appreciate. That is difficult to find in today's real estate world.

Kathy recently helped my husband and I purchase a new home. She listened closely to out list of must-haves and wants. She was able to locate neighborhoods for us which we hadn't thought of and within hours had sent house listings for us to look at. Based upon the homes we liked, she previewed many homes before taking us out to look. Once we found the perfect home, she negotiated for us and walked us through the inspection and closing process. We couldn't have done it without her!

I had just lost my son and was moving to Idaho to be with my family. Kathy worked with my brother and my nephew so closely leaving me to deal with my loss without having to deal with selling my home. I will forever be grateful to her for being so kind and doing such a great job for me.

I was very pleased with how the whole process went and the price we got for the house. I am an attorney, so I can be very critical of other people's negotiating skills. Kathy is excellent, I constantly recommend her, and I will use her again in the future.

Kathy Smith was an answer to a prayer! My husband and I attempted to find a home in AZ while living in another state and it was just too mind boggling. Kathy answered the phone in her office one day as I called for help, she took on the request and we were on our way. She gathered info of what we were hoping to find and found it in no time, sending us emails of lovely homes for us to pick from. Also went to look at a home and sent us a video while she walked thru it! She was able to do all this long distance and we now have the house we dreamed of for our winters in the sun. Don't even try to do this yourself, get her help and you will be thankful you did!
