Katie Brennan

With over 25 years of experience in both corporate sales and running her own businesses, she has all the tools to offer a bespoke service by really listening to her client's needs. “I truly believe that there is no such thing as too much communication.” Katie’s interest in real estate began as a child with her mother being a Broker. She then began to pursue that passion by buying, selling and leasing homes for personal and investment use. She brings that experience to the real estate profession and always looks out for her client's best interests as if they were her own. Having been in all aspects of the transaction she is committed to making the transition seamless. “Moving doesn’t have to be stressful.” Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cooking and entertaining friends in the “most beautiful place in the world.” She is active in the PTA and is on the Laguna Board of Realtors Community Outreach Committee.
