Katie surpassed all my expectations for a realtor. I recently purchased my first home this past summer with Katie's help the whole way through. As a first time buyer, everything was new, I didn't know what to expect...at times stressful, overwhelming and a little confusing. However, Katie made every next step comfortable and as easy as possible. Katie got to break us in on my first home purchase. I can't believe how much there is that is involved with the whole process! I'm so lucky Katie was my realitor for this experience! She did such an amazing job bringing us up to speed on everything she required us to do. She was beyond amazing when it came to following up with me on houses that she showed us. She didn't just wait for you to contact her, she was very proactive about getting us into a house because we clearly had no clue what we were doing so it was a huge help to have her guiding us along the way rather then wait for us to make a move! She did an excellent job working with the seller and communicating our needs and negotiating things into what works best for us. I feel like she and her office really did a great job in taking care of us(especially with me working night shift and she still made time for me in the odd hours of the night) we were in our new home within a month of meeting Katie and I must say I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about her and her team
