I highly recommend Katie! Katie's insight into home values in the local area allowed Katie to help us determine if the property we wanted was worth fighting for. We had some communication issues with our lender (not affiliated with Edina in any way) and, somehow, Katie was able to get prompt responses from them after we tried many times. I am pretty sure she has super powers. Katie is efficient, communicative, smart, up for an adventure, and fun! We had a wild ride in buying our home during a pandemic with my husband working in the Middle East and some interesting VA loan requirements. Katie introduced herself as having great experience but as it turns out of 20 years of real estate she only did 30 some transactions. Although we were going through very difficult times, right after we signed listing contract things went downhill quickly. She made us spend tens of thousands in improvements claiming that home will not sell and even after the home did not sell. She rarely responds to phone calls, it takes her days to respond to simple questions. Please do not make mistake like we did, hire someone who actually knows what they doing. Huge regret for years to come.
