A friend introduced me to Katie and she has been wonderful to work with! Katie is kind, sincere and accommodating. She did a great job of communicating/responding whenever I had questions.

Katie was wonderful to work with. It was like working with a friend! She was very patient with us, as we were taking a loooong time to find a house, and looked at a lot of them (even with us having some general fears with buying). She never gave up on us, but was also not pushy or aggressive. She was also very supportive of us when we would find houses online, and she would make it so we could see them. She communicated with us regularly and easily, and when it came to picking "the one", she fought for us in our short sale purchase. We definitely had some ups and downs in our search, but I'm so glad we had Katie with us! We ended up in the perfect house, and we still keep in tough with her!

Katie was extremely professional and helpful in the sale of our existing home. She listed it for us and we were under contract in days! From the initial listing process through contract negotiations and the closing date -- Katie was there every step of the way with on-point, professional guidance.
