We would like to thank Katie for all of her help in finding our new home. We moved in from out of state and she treated us like family. She was prompt, sweet, and excellent! She helped assist us through every step of the process -showing to closing. She was great! As a first time seller, I had no knowledge of how to go about selling my parents home which happened to be about four hours away from my residence. I read online reviews on local realtors and contacted a couple of them. Only one realtor responded and that was Katie Hughes. She made the process so much easier. She responded immediately with my numerous questions, etc. Very patient in explaining the process, etc. She had vast knowledge of the local markets. She immediately updated me as to any showings, offers, etc. Very helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
