Where to begin. I almost don't want to write a review because then Katie will be working for you more then she does with me but honestly, Katie is very intelligent and highly motivated! I don't think there is anything that could slow her down. Katie will always have your best interest and will make sure to find you the best deal and she will definitely make sure you do not over pay! As a new investor in the state of Florida, Katie has shown me what's a good buy and what's not. Her accuracy is impeccable and unmatched when it comes to her Real Estate knowledge on nearly all areas of this business!!. Im not going to lie, it would have been way more difficult grasping this tough market without her supreme knowledge in the Real estate world.
