I worked with Katie to sell our uncles home / estate. A challenging and emotional time to start with and finding the right agent seemed like an unrealistic challenge. She was always mindful yet confident of her suggestions in preparing the house for sale, including aesthetics and neighborhood comparison for price point, yet respectful of our loss. As soon as the house went on the market Katie was showing potential buyers and having an open house. She met with the neighbors and created community connections that would assist the buyer in a comfortable transition too. In this market we quickly received nine offers. Katie then sat and reviewed each offer, letters that candidates had written. She provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner and was supportive in my choice of buyer. Always a professional and a real go getter, I cant imagine having a more positive experience and recommend her without reservation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Katie was the perfect match for us.

If you are looking to place your home on the market or looking to buy a home, Katie is the best person for the job. Even if you are just wanting information and not looking to be pushed into a commitment she is there to help. My wife and I decided to place our house on the market at the end summer but wasn't sure of what steps to take or if we should wait until next year. Katie was able to give us information about the market in our area and what steps she would take to ensure our house got the advertising it needed to bring in the offers. She was very honest about offers that came in low and was able to get us an offer that was much more than we expected. She is great at communicating and keeping you informed of the entire process. This is the first house that we have sold and it was nice to have someone that made it so easy.

As a first time homebuyer I couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent. Katie is very knowledgeable in her field of work. She works wit you and for you, shes relieable and understanding and listens to your wants and needs but will always let you know when you could be getting out of hand. Not only did she help me by showing me different properties but she also helped me with the pros and cons of different houses we saw which was a huge help. She played a major role in my loan process, She was able to answer questions for me when I couldnt get a hold of anyone at the banks and just basically helped me guide me through this entire process. Rather looking or selling I would highly recommend Katie because in you not only are you getting quality service but you are also gaining a new friend.

Katie is super professional and friendly. She was there for us 24/7 from the time we started looking at houses until the day we closed.
