If I could give Katina 10 stars I would! She is absolutely the best Realtor that I have ever worked with and she goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I had some issues right before closing and she did everything that she could to make it right, even though she didn't have to and it wasn't her fault at all. I never write reviews, so the fact that I am now just goes to show how impressed I was with her professionalism and level of service. She really is the BEST in the business

Working with Katina Farrell was the best part of buying/selling a house. In the chaotic world of real estate, deadlines, inspections, etc I never doubted that she was on top of everything and made the process so easy for me. She was always professional, on time for showings and helped me quickly narrow down what was important to me in finding a new home.
