She was incredibly helpful. She explained everything to us until we fully understood it. She also had our very best interest in mind. She remained involved and engaged with us during the entire part and played a large role in keeping us out of the dark during a lengthy process. Katrina even went out of her way to greet me on Church Street and ask about the house while she was spending time with her own family. I would not hesitate to recommend her and use her again.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I feel extremely fortunate to have found Katrina Roberts. She is an amazing person with boundless energy. We were looking for a house with some acreage and Katrina hiked and bushwacked with us on multiple occasions to check out property, often leading the way! We searched and searched for the better part of 5 months before finding our home, and Katrina was there each step of the way, really taking the time to help us figure out our priorities and keeping us on track when we started to stray away from them at times. She has such a vast understanding of the real estate market in Vermont and Katrina knows everybody, which was nice when it came time to find a mortgage broker, house inspector, accountant, etc. She was always well prepared and knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing, and was more than willing to track down answers to our questions. She is full of great advice and just has such a great attitude. We would very highly recommend her to anyone!

I have heard so many nightmare first time home buying stories, that I have been almost in disbelief that my experience was so smooth and enjoyable. There is absolutely no question that the reason why it went that way is because Katrina Roberts was the one educating and leading through the whole adventure!
